Student Services Desk The Student Services Desk is staffed to meet your needs. The desk is located in the Bollback Student Life Center (BSLC) and is open from 7:30 AM – 12:00 AM daily. You can also call us at 518.494.1471 at any time (please limit calls to campers for emergencies only past 10:00 PM). Our desire is to serve you. Lodging for Leaders 1. The Pines at Lakeside offers a variety of accommodations. From 4-person rooms in the Champlain Lodge to 8- or 10-person duplexes, The Pines at Lakeside could be a great, close option for your group! 2. The Pines Campground offers slightly larger accommodations for those wanting to enjoy a stay at our 6 and 8-person Pines duplexes. With a full kitchen and multi-bedroom layout, leaders can enjoy a retreat after a full day at Snowcamp! 3. Pharaoh Mountain Lodge is located right outside the heart of Schroon Lake Village. Featuring beautiful views of Word of Life Island, Pharaoh Mountain Lodge has a variety of room styles to offer. This could be a great option for leaders who want a good night’s rest after the chaos of Snowcamp! Meal Passes for Leaders & Non-Snowcampers A weekend meal pass that includes all six meals (Friday dinner – Sunday lunch) may be purchased ahead of time for only $45 ($35 for kids ages 5–12; free for kids under 5). Weekend meal passes can be ordered online in advance by logging in to your reservation account at wol.is/accountlogin or calling 518.494.6000 (opt. 1) .
Alternatively, meals may also be purchased individually in the meal line Adults: Breakfast = $9.00, Lunch = $13.00, Dinner = $15.00 Children: Breakfast = $6.75, Lunch = $9.75, Dinner = $11.25
Electronic Device Policy Our Snowcamp weekends have a camper device-free policy for camp. See our packing list for what to bring and what not to bring. Cancellation Policy Cancellation fees may vary. Please refer to customer statements for policy details or reach out to Customer Service at customerservice@wol.org Lost & Found Lost and Found articles are returned upon claim by parents or youth leaders within 7 days following the weekend. After 7 days, unclaimed articles are removed from the property. We do request that the owner reimburse Word of Life for the cost of shipping. Lost and Found inquiries can be directed to 518.494.1471 or nystudentservices@wol.org . WALDO Photo Instructions We have switched platforms for our camp photos. Go to wol.to/waldo, fill out a quick form with your contact info, which camp and weekend you are attending, and your camper’s name. Once you submit, you’ll be taken directly to your camp location’s photo album where you can select your specific weekend.
