GET UP FREQUENTLY – When working at a computer or sitting in front of a TV, get up at least every 30 minutes to walk around for at least one minute. 3. PROPER COMPUTER SETUP – Make sure that your desk chair and computer are at the proper height. Having a proper ergonomic set-up is key to maintaining proper posture at work and at home. 4. SITTING PROPERLY – Sitting upright with your feet on the floor (don’t cross your legs) keep a small gap between the back of your knees and the chair. 5. EXERCISE FREQUENTLY –Walking, running, stretching, and strengthening certain muscles are very important. Strengthen your back and neck muscles to maintain a better posture.

Healthy Recipe

LEMON ROSEMARY SALMON

Ingredients • 1 lemon, thinly sliced • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary

• 2 salmon fillets • Salt to taste • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Arrange half the lemon slices in a single layer in a baking dish. Layer with 2 sprigs rosemary, and top with salmon fillets. Sprinkle salmon with salt, layer with remaining rosemary sprigs, and top with remaining lemon slices. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
