HIGHLIGHTS OF THE 2024-25 SEASON
We continue to say goodbye to the 2024-2025 Season, and we want to remember once again the importance of all those who have been part of it.
Without the work and effort of all of you, it would not have been possible to have another season full of happy members at Frenchman’s Creek, thanks to your efforts putting together the celebration of multiple events, golf competitions, tennis lessons or services in the restaurants. Some members of the marketing team had the privilege of filming Mr. Tucker's new annual “Year in Review” video highlight message, which will be sent to members and staff soon. It draws attention to some of the season's biggest successes--from the charity weekend to the progress made on our beautiful clubhouse to all of the season's events in racquet sports, golf, and much more. Mr. Tucker captured the essence of this past season’s events that our teams worked tirelessly on, including:
Season Opening Party
Juno Beach Clean - Up
Safari-Themed Adventure: Couples Member-Guest

MAY: MENTAL HEALTH MONTH THE IMPORTANCE OF MENTAL HEALTH IN THE WORKPLACE Mental health is a vital part of overall well-being, and in the workplace, it becomes even more crucial. It directly affects our ability to focus, make decisions, solve problems, communicate effectively, and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and supervisors. A worker with good mental health is more productive, creative, and resilient in the face of stress and change. On the other hand, neglecting mental health can lead to burnout, lack of motivation, absenteeism, and more serious conditions such as anxiety or depression. That’s why it’s essential for both employees and employers to foster a healthy work environment— one that values work-life balance, encourages open communication, and provides support when needed. Taking care of mental health not only improves a worker’s quality of life but also enhances performance and harmony within the organization.

QUOTE OF THE WEEK
“PETS” OF THE WEEK
William James (1842-1910) was an influential American philosopher and psychologist, considered one of the founders of modern psychology and a leading representative of philosophical pragmatism. He was a professor at Harvard University and a pioneer in studying the mind from a scientific and philosophical perspective. Among his best known works are “Principles of Psychology”, where he introduced key ideas about consciousness and experience, and “The Varieties of Religious Experience”, where he explored the role of religion in human life. His focus was on how ideas and beliefs work in practice, rather than on their abstract truth.
