Mapping Interface The mapping interface allows you to align your QuickBooks Online accounts with the standardized VMG/AAHA chart of accounts system. Red Box - Displays the standardized VMG/AAHA chart of accounts. Each category can be expanded to match with your specific business accounts. Blue Box - Shows your hospital's QuickBooks Online chart of accounts, including detailed information such as name, classification, type, sub-type, and account numbers to facilitate accurate mapping to the VMG/AAHA standards. The accuracy of your account mapping directly impacts your financial visualizations, as all graphs and reports are generated based on the standardized VMG/AAHA chart of accounts structure.
