Kam Development Group, LLC d.b.a. Planet Fitness leased the property from PR Financing, LP. Brad Rohrbaugh and Chad Stine of Bennett Williams repre- sented the tenant in the trans- action. 1,470 s/f retail space leased at State St. Plaza at 829 State St. in Lemoyne, PA. Mezza Mediterranean Cafe leased the property from State St. Plaza Assoc., LP. Rohrbaugh, Stine, and AdamHagerman of Bennett Williams repre- sented both the tenant and the landlord in the transaction. 3,500 s/f retail space leased at 2300 Industrial Hwy. in York. Andrea & Kay Rider d.b.a. The Ed Zone leased the property fromWSR Holdings, LLC. Karen Neiderer of Bennett Williams represented both the tenant and the land- lord in the transaction. Sales: 1.92 acres land sold on Rte. 501 in Bethel, PA. Hanjack Realty, LLC purchased the property for a Dollar General location from Jesse Alspaugh.
