Callanwolde School of Dance offers classes for adults with a variety of styles and levels .
MODERN WITH HAN
BEGINNING BALLET WITH REBECCA
Adult Modern has an anatomically sound approach to movement and technique . This class flows from floor to standing , culminating in phrase work across the floor that focuses on the rhythm of breath and music . Beginning to Intermediate Level .
A delightful introduction to the sequence of exercises at the barre ; the physicality and terminology of ballet . Includes easy to follow dance phrases and floor work . Appropriate for those new to ballet , revisiting the art form after an absence or dancers who want to refresh the basics of ballet .

Adult Intro to Ballet is appropriate for those new to dance who want to learn the basics of ballet . Includes barre work , simple floor phrases and introduction to ballet terminology . A wonderful way to discover this beautiful art form . Beginner level .
Adult Beginning Ballet is a delightful introduction to the sequence of exercises at the barre ; the physicality and terminology of ballet . Includes dance phrases and floor work . Beginner to Intermediate level .
