Global Boxmachine: Where We’ve Come From, Who We Are Today Since 1995, Global Boxmachine LLC has largely been known for its long-standing position in the used machinery market and new small sheet plant equipment. Within the last 10 years, however, the company has shifted its focus to new machinery. Striving to apply what we have learned after almost 70 years, we intend on making significant con- tributions to the corrugated box making industry. We strive for partnerships with our customers. Our partnership with KL/Shinko has been propelled through innovation and the experience gained by the companies long standing in the industries. KL is one of the largest and most versatile converting equipment manufac- turers in China if not the entire world.
our team is comprised of highly trained field service tech- nicians that manage day-to-day service requests, as well as rigging and installations. In addition to our field team, our service department has a dedicated administrative support team that processes service requests, quoting and fulfilment, purchasing and more.
In the first two months of 2023, we have successfully installed two new K1-X Jumbos, handled dozens of service requests, and fulfilled more than 50 parts orders from our technical center in Gurnee, IL and our factory in Guang- zhou, China. We are looking forward to continuing our efforts to de- liver the highest quality service and support to our cus- tomers throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Our team is fully committed to providing comprehen- sive, timely service, and support. We have 24/7 connection capabilities from the U.S. and to the factory technicians, to get machines back up and running in the event of an emergency breakdown.

Global has evolved into a full-service top tier supplier for innovative solutions and reliable service, and of course, outstanding products. We take this very seriously. For us, when a machine goes down, it triggers a series of actions from our team. From parts, to getting techs on a plane, to logistics for ex- pediting parts. We take ownership with you of these ma- chines. Our Technical Team handles everything from installa- tions, training, and quarterly services to help maintain ma- chines. Our team strives for dependability. Our goal is to leave each customer feeling confident in a well running machine.
