The R&R Fire Door Inspection Service (FDIS) provides great value for money. Fire door inspections are to City & Guilds Accredited Fire Door certification standards with inspections and maintenance using appropriate compliance technology, with all aspects managed by our Operations team. Temporary staff cover When extra on-site staff is needed for Concierge, Security, Cleaning or Estate Operative roles, we first evaluate if existing resources can meet the demand. If additional support is required, we prioritise overtime for staff already working at your development. Only when this option is unavailable do we consider temporary staffing agencies. With our Temporary Staffing Solutions (TSS), many of our permanent team work additional hours, ensuring their expertise and familiarity with your development continue to deliver exceptional service whenever you need it. Recruitment of on-site staff Our Talent Acquisition team is highly skilled in ensuring positions are filled at pace whilst clients’ investments in top talent yield substantial returns. We offer a transparent, highly competitive fee structure, charging 14% of the base salary for externally sourced and successfully filled positions, and a robust rebate system to address any unforeseen circumstances.
Fire door inspections In line with the Fire Safety Regulations 2022, our service includes three quarterly ‘non competent’ inspections, complemented by a fourth inspection carried out by an accredited fire door inspector, procured separately. All inspections are fully documented within our compliance management system to ensure comprehensive record-keeping and regulatory adherence.
