This million-dollar question continues to be an important concern across the industry with Members frequently seeking the support of the BIFA secretariat when issues arise. In the final session of the conference, we examine the importance of Widening the workforce and look at how this could be achieved through improved staff training, encouraging a more diverse workforce and retention of staff.
