municipal waste regulations, Superfund matters, water regulation, and storage tank issues; assisting with the environmental aspects of corporate and real estate transactions and real prop- erty development, including brownfields redevelopment and wetlands, stormwater, and sewer capacity permit- ting; and litigating environ- mental matters before fed- eral and state courts and administrative agencies. He is the managing partner of MGKF and is also a Thomas A. O’Boyle adjunct professor at the University of Pennsyl- vania School of Law. He cur- rently serves as Chairman of the Lower Merion Township Zoning Board. MGKF, and several MGKF attorneys have been recog- nized in their field once again by Chambers and Partners USA 2013 .
