The Town Center of Virginia Beach is leased by Divaris Real Estate and managed by Divaris Property Manage- ment Corp. Bruegger’s Bagels signed a lease for 2,400 s/f of retail space in Southgate Commons, Vir- ginia Beach. Also in Southgate Commons, Anthony Vince Nail Spa signed a lease for 2,597 s/f of retail space. levi Thomson , VP in the Virginia Beach office of DRE, represented the land- lord, in both of the transactions in Southgate Commons. DRE announced the signing of a five leases for a total of 23,700 s/f of retail space in the metropolitan Richmond, VA market. Cooper ’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants signed a lease for 11,500 s/f of retail space at Short Pump Town Center. The lease was concluded by the landlord, Forest City En- terprises , with the assistance of Zach Means and larry Agnew , VPs in the Richmond office of DRE.
