Natalie Paulus Manager , Victim Services Central Texas Natalie is located in the San Antonio office and has been with MADD for 2 years . Natalie was personally impacted and now is a voice for others impacted . Tammi is located in the Tyler office and has been with MADD for 11 years . Tammi is dedicated to providing quality services in honor of her son , Eric , who was killed in a drunk driving crash .

Ana is located in Edinburg and has been with MADD for 20 years . Ana is dedicated to MADD ' s victim services .
