WHAT IS THE BAUERCREST AMBASSADOR PROGRAM?
HOW DOES IT WORK? As a Camp Ambassador, you will be a representative of Bauercrest, both on and offline. Our team of Parent Ambassadors can have an impact on their larger religious and social circles. Once a family agrees to be a Camp Ambassador, they will: • Attend an initial introduction meeting, plus two additional
Because of your leadership role within your community, we are excited to include you in our Camp Bauercrest Ambassador Program. Parents are influential stakeholders to any summer camp, and for good reason! You are the one deciding what your child will do and where he’ll do it every summer. In addition, you have been identified as someone who provides support and guidance to the larger Bauercrest community. Parents rely on parents, and we believe you can bring more campers to our life- changing camp experience! The Ambassador program is a partnership between Camp Bauercrest and our families with the following goals: • Identify future Bauercrest campers and families. • Reach out to these prospective families about the mission, goals, and benefits of a Bauercrest experience. • Share your Bauercrest experiences with these families.

• Serve as a liaison between Camp Bauercrest and future camp families, being available to these families to discuss the benefits of camp and to support those who become part of the Bauercrest community. • Identify locations within their communities to display Bauercrest’s promotional materials. Ambassadors will maintain each location’s supply of materials and notify Stacy if more materials are needed. • If possible, host and invite future families to an information session in your home or virtually. This is an opportunity for families to gather together, meet Jen, Stacy and Julian, view camp videos, and get more information about Bauercrest. After the home visit/virtual open house, follow up with a personal thank you call.

WHAT ARE BAUERCREST’S RESPONSIBILITIES? It is up to Bauercrest to provide our Ambassadors with the tools needed to be successful. We will always be available to provide you content and answer your questions. Once a family commits to being an Ambassador, Bauercrest will: • Provide training around identifying and engaging future families. • Supply Ambassador family with tools, including marketing materials/promo items and Camp apparel. • Keep Ambassadors informed as to all Camp events, new activities, and worthy promotional opportunities. • Reimburse Ambassadors for refreshments purchased for any home visits and/open houses. • Facilitate home visit or virtual open house presentations and discussions. • Follow up on all future family leads provided by the Ambassadors. WE COULD NOT BE MORE EXCITED ABOUT THIS PROGRAM, AND WE LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH ALL OF OUR NEW CAMP BAUERCREST AMBASSADOR FAMILIES.
AMBASSADOR INCENTIVES:
We realize that spreading the word about camp and advocating for something you are passionate about is rewarding in itself. However, we want to make sure YOU know just how valuable you are to the success of Bauercrest! • An Ambassador family will receive $500 off their family’s 2025 summer tuition for each new camper the family refers who enrolls in and attends our 2025 summer season as a result of their efforts, $1,500 for two referred campers, and a free 3-week session for three referred campers. • Free apparel for your entire family • Exclusive Bauercrest merch • Ambassador group dinners and events
