Always good..........but valet let us down again . Car wasn't ready even though we called service desk 90 minutes prior to our departure.......valet desk didn't seem to be aware of the request.

The service was exceptional across the board EXCEPT when the valet lost our car. We live in Toronto but had spent the night at the hotel to celebrate my birthday. My husband wanted to leave early in the morning to take our girls to swimming lessons but when it was time to leave, the valet couldn't find our car. In the end, he had to get a lift back and I stayed behind. A few hours later, the car turned up but it meant the girls missed their swim lessons and we had quite the panic wondering what had happened to our vehicle!

have a bath . My AMEX info package was sent to me on the day of checkout. The second room was fine and the rest of the stay also. Breakfast at Bosk was quick as requested and very good.
