DELIVERY: For Bulls : Free Delivery to Minnesota and adjoining states and at COST beyond, $100 off per buyer if you haul your own purchases within a week. For Heifers: Will deliver at COST. Deliveries will be made by April 1st.$100 off per buyer if you haul your own purchases within a week. FEEDING ARRANGEMENTS: $1.50 per day after April 15. INSPECTION OF CATTLE: Cattle are available for inspection at the farm any time prior to March 16. All registered cattle are parentage and AngusGS tested. LIABILITY: All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk and Hidden Angus will assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents which may occur. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Cattle will sell under the Terms and Conditions of the American Angus Association (http://www.angus.org/Pub/suggested_sale_terms.pdf). Terms are cash. All bulls selling are guaranteed and a refund will be given should a disabling injury occur. If this happens, notify us as soon as possible. There will be a $2,000 deductible. Bulls must be checked by a vet. All claims must be made by September 1 of purchase year. This is not a mortality insurance policy, nor does it cover mismanagement or neglect. We do not cover injuries sustained prior to the breeding season. EPDs contained in the hard copy of this sale book were current as of print date. Digital versions of this sale book can be viewed online at www.angus.org and will have EPDs updated every Friday with the exception of EPD references in footnotes and photos.
