For our Joint Venture project, we will be interested in coming in as a sponsor and capital source for the right deal. Hard Money or bridge Lend- ers fill the void for short-term and/or investor-friendly fi- nancing. It can be used to grow an investment business or simply to refinancing some- one’s assets. Having a close relationship with a capital source such as Alpha is a in- tegral part of any real estate investor, builder or developers team.
