The buildings are located at 420 and 440 Benigno Blvd. and total over 96,000 s/f. The two building site, com- monly called Kor-Center, is a multi-tenant industrial/ flex complex with a portion of two-story office units. The largest tenant is Show-n- Tell Media, who is affiliated with the buyer. Other ten- ants include Dade Paper, Spectrum Show Services, JDJ Construction and many DOT contractors who are working on the construction of the highway at I-295 and Route 42. This represents the elev- enth building sold in the park by Isdaner in the past 24 months. Only three of Korman’s buildings remain for sale: 32,000 s/f, 45,000 s/f and 131,000 s/f build- ings. These are offered at affordable rates with flexible floor plans ideal for light in- dustrial, manufacturing or distribution.
