illsburg, PA — Investment Real Es- tate Construction, LLC (IREC) announced the completion of two temperature controlled buildings at CaGe Self Storage in Dillsburg. Dillsburg is located in York County near the state capital of Harrisburg. CaGe Self Stor- age sits a short distance off of US Highway 15 in Carroll Township. IREC has designed and con- structed two new temperature controlled buildings totaling 8,000 s/f each. The existing facility consisted of 56,650 s/f

with an on-site management office and opened in 1986. The new buildings have standing seam roofs, roll-up doors and swing doors, and match exist- ing structures. All new units are interior access. There was an added challenge to make all units ADA compliant on the single story buildings. Two additional slabs were also prepared for future ex- pansion as demand remains high. n John Gilliland gives State of the Industry Speech at PASSA Meeting York, PA — John Gil- liland , president & CEO of Investment Real Estate, served as president of PASSA from 2002-2006 and is a cur- rent member.
