Irvine Ranch Breeding Guarantee and Sale Terms: All bulls in this sale have passed a breeding soundness evalua- tion by Dr. Shelie Laflin. If a bull becomes a non-breeder with - in 12 months of his purchase, Irvine Ranch will either provide you with a suitable replacement, if one is available, or provide you with a sale credit equal to the bull’s purchase price less his salvage value. This guarantee does not apply to bulls that die, are killed, or are injured through no fault of Irvine Ranch. It is recommended that if you use your bull for the first time in the spring of 2026, he should be re-evaluated for breeding sound- ness prior to breeding time. Irvine Ranch offers this guarantee in addition to the American Simmental Association suggested Sale Terms and Conditions. In our effort to provide both quality breeding genetics and customer service, we ask that you let us know if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Irvine Ranch Retained Semen Interest: Irvine Ranch is retaining a 1/2 semen interest in all bulls selling in this offering. The purchaser of the bull will have full posses- sion of the bull unless otherwise noted, and all salvage value rights. In the event of any semen sales from the bull, then Ir- vine Ranch is retaining 1/2 interest in the gross revenue from all semen sales. Irvine Ranch retains the semen interest if the bull is sold to subsequent purchasers. Irvine Ranch also reserves the right to collect semen from the bull at the buyer’s conve- nience and our expense. This retained semen interest extends to any clone of the bull. Please contact John with questions prior to the sale.

Payment is required before cattle are shipped from Ir- vine Ranch. All cattle sell under the Terms and Conditions of the American Simmental Associ- ation and as noted in this catalog. Registration certificates will be transferred by Irvine Ranch. All persons attending the sale do so at their own risk. Delivery: Free delivery is offered on sale bulls within 250 miles of Manhattan, and within 50 miles of Manhattan on the bred heifers. This free delivery option is only applicable for purchasers taking delivery immediately following the sale. In the interest of arranging efficient routes, delivery may be to a central point close to your location. For Buyers picking up their purchase at Irvine Ranch by 11/8/2025, $100 will be discounted for the 1st Lot. Each subsequent Lot will be Discounted $50/Lot. Disposition Guarantee: Irvine Ranch stands behind the dispositions on the bulls with a “Disposition Guarantee”. Each bull has been disposition scored to assist in your decision mak- ing, noted in the lot information as the “Docility” Score. Scores of 1 and 2 are the easiest to handle bulls. 3’s are manageable, but the bull has shown to be more nervous. Bulls scoring 3 or greater may require a different level of management and respect in handling. This score is based upon our interactions with the bull to date. As an animal gets older, or with handling, its attitude can change. Also, bear in mind all animals have some element of unpredictability and are deserving of respect

A H ealth Certificate will be provided as required for transportation in Kansas and beyond within the con- tinental US. If you are an out of State purchaser, the process to meet the health requirements within your State will be started immediately following the Sale. This process can take a few days, depending upon the requirements within your State. Irvine Ranch will feed and house your animal(s) during this process. Dr. Shelie Laflin, DVM - Herd Veterinarian Dr. Lee Penner, DVM - Consulting Veterinarian Biosecurity: Irvine Ranch has taken a proactive approach with re- spect to disease control. We began annually testing our entire herd for BLV, BVD-pi, and Johne’s in 2010, and only sell cattle that are free of these diseases to the best of our knowledge. All of the cows selling were calfhood vaccinated for brucellosis. All bulls selling are virgin bulls unless otherwise noted.
