My Best Self Yoga Badge Workshop for Brownies with Zen Friends Yoga Date : March 30 from 4pm-5:15pm Age Level : B My Best Self Yoga session is full of songs, movement and a craft to learn the basics of yoga related to confidence, balance and focus. Girl Scouts will learn how their bodies work, yoga poses that help us feel healthy and strong, and the benefits of yoga and how important it is to learn how to be CALM. Girls will learn from the best, get hands-on to practice their new skills, talk to others successfully managing their own mental health conditions, and so much more! Girl Scouts will practice partner yoga poses, learn songs and create a craft that will remind them of how we practice this focus area.
