LEGENDS OF RANCHING LEADERSHIP
ALEX PARSAYE
Alex Parsaye is wrapping up her third year at CSU as the instructor for the Legends of Ranching colt - training and sales preparation class , where she has set multiple new records for the program . Alongside her achievements with the colt training students , she founded and coached the inaugural CSU Legends of Ranching colt starting team to a national championship in 2025 and is excited to defend that title in April . This year , Alex also assumed leadership of the sales class , further strengthening an already exceptional program .
DR. MAGGIE MURPHY
Dr . Maggie Murphy became part of the CSU Equine Sciences team in 2024 , taking on the roles of Horse Judging Team Coordinator and head coach of the Ranch Horse Team . She is currently overseeing the Maturity and Futurity horse show and has provided invaluable support throughout the year . As an AQHA Level 1 carded judge , Maggie also serves as one of our judges for the student horsemanship competition .
