Based on feedback from our associates, we updated the schedule for the Scott Wolf Memorial Averitt Open.
TEEING OFF IN SEPTEMBER
The event is set for Saturday, Sept. 28, at Tennessee Tech Golden Eagle Golf Club in Cookeville. We also adjusted when to sign up for the tournament – signups will begin Aug. 12. The tournament always fills up quickly, so if you’re interested in playing, we encourage you to let us know as soon as possible! As one of our important team traditions, the team scramble features 18 holes of golf, breakfast, lunch, a goody bag, entrance into prize drawings, and a putting contest that raises money for the Scott Wolf Memorial Scholarship program.
Scott served as our Vice President of Corporate Services until his passing in June 2012. Honoring his wishes, the Wolf family set up a scholarship fund in Scott’s name in 2013.
