Site Team Conference This two-day conference is designed for AVID Site Teams to enhance their school-wide initiatives. Teams will refine and prioritize their 2024/25 goals using the Coaching and Certification Instrument (CCI) across the four key domains: Instruction, Systems, Leadership, and Culture. Participants will focus on expanding the impact of the AVID College Readiness System (ACRS). Additionally, there is an opportunity for K-12 feeder pattern vertical articulation.
