After originally removing it from the menu, the Wasabi Deviled Eggs and Guinness Mussels have made a triumphant return after customer demand. The drink menu is a consolidation of cocktails from years past and some new sips. Patrons can rely on popular items of the past like a pint of Guinness , a Whistling Grasshopper , or a McNally’s Old Fashioned . “As for our seasonal drink menus, I tend to believe that less is more,” said Jacobson.
Management focuses on a handful of unique cocktails “that drink well with the season and all offer something different.” The latest includes the Lavender Cloud ( Monkey 47 , vanilla vodka, lime, lavender, and cream), Peanut Butter Stroopwafel ( Chica~Chida Peanut Butter Tequila , agave, tobacco bitters, and stroopwafel), and Plaid on Pineapple ( Buchanan’s Pineapple , Drambuie , Grand Marnier , lemon, and first press pineapple.) If a guest doesn’t see something on the menu, the team is open to requests.
