2025-2027 Cuttings Collection Syngenta Flowers Wholesale
Dear valued customers,
Flowers continue to be an important factor in the well-being of consumers. As a gift item or to use as decoration in the garden, terraces or balconies. But also to educate children and show them the value of plants and the importance for the environment. Syngenta Flowers is continuously exploring the opportunities to enlarge and improve the assortment available for growers and consumers. In our breeding we focus more and more on a decrease in chemical use during the culture. We breed for natural compactness and more build-in disease tolerances in our newest products. We also look at the transition from the use of peat in the soil to alternative components. Plants will react differently on a different soil type. By testing our genetics in different soil types, and with different growing techniques, we can supply you with new varieties or new growing methods that can help you to decrease the use of chemicals. In this new catalogue you will find several examples of new varieties or series that are supporting the aim to reduce chemicals. • We will launch a complete new series in the Scaevola. Fanatix will replace the Whirlwind series. Fanatix is genetically much more compact and much more branching. Next to
the 3 standard colors, we also added a super compact type “Compact Dark Blue” that is great to fill a hanging basket and does not need any PGR’s. • In our well known range of Pelargoniums we introduce some exiting new colors like the Calliope® Landscape Rock’n Rose and the compact Tango White Splash. • In the perennials we introduce the Campanula MiraBell series. This is an interspecific plant with a very long flowering window. Plants grow compact and continue flowering for a very long time. A great consumer item! • Our Leucanthemum series Western Star is now enlarged with the 3rd Vanilla colored variety called Leo Yellow. You can choose from a very compact type like Leo till the most vigorous type called Gemini Vanilla. With this catalogue and the support from our marketing team and our technical team, we are sure that we can continue to be a reliable and innovative partner of all our customers.
We wish you a very successful growing season!
