Greg Saxon Becomes CEO Of The Recycling Partnership
Greg Saxon has been named the new Chief Executive Offi- cer for The Recycling Partnership. Saxon succeeds Found- er and CEO Keefe Harrison, following a planned leader- ship transition announced this spring. The appointment comes during a period of evolution for the U.S. residential recycling system, as one in five Americans now live in states with Extended Producer Re- sponsibility (EPR) laws for paper and packaging. Saxon brings more than 20 years of leadership ex-
perience, with a strong systems per- spective built from experience across electronics recycling, packaging, pro- curement, supply chain, operations, and circular materials systems. During the transition, there will be full continuity of The Partnership’s focus on tackling system challenges

Saxon’s background includes leadership roles at John- son & Johnson, PlanITROI, Aventiv Technologies, and oth- er organizations, as well as nonprofit experience serving on the Board of the Televerde Foundation. Most recently, Saxon served as Chief Operating Officer of PedalPoint Recycling and PedalPoint LifeCycle Solu- tions, where he helped scale solutions that increased ma- terial recovery, strengthened circular economy outcomes, and delivered value for customers and communities. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Eco- nomics from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Science from the Johns Hopkins Carey Busi- ness School. Sandon Welcomes UK-India Free Trade Agreement To Drive Flexo Sandon Global has welcomed the implementation of the UK-India Free Trade Agreement (FTA), which came into force on July 15, describing it as a milestone that will strengthen collaboration between the two countries and support continued advancement across India’s rapidly ex- panding flexographic sector. By reducing trade barriers and improving market ac- cess, the agreement is set to make it easier for Indian con- verters to access specialist UK print technologies, engi- neering expertise and technical support. It is also expected to accelerate the adoption of high-performance flexographic production while encour- aging greater investment, knowledge sharing and long- term commercial partnerships. India remains a key strategic market for Sandon Global as flexible packaging manufacturers continue investing in CI flexographic printing as an alternative to rotogravure.
