Durst Acquires Majority Stake In CoCoCo Platform Durst Group has acquired a majority stake in Triple C Labs GmbH, the developer of CoCoCo Platform, strengthening its Kyveris industrial software and AI portfolio for connect- ed print production. Under the agreement, CoCoCo Platform will continue to operate independently under its existing brand and management while remaining open to third-party OEMs, software vendors, and print production companies. Durst said the acquisition is intended to accelerate develop- ment of the platform while preserving its vendor-neutral approach. The acquisition complements Kyveris, Durst’s software platform for connected digital print production, by adding CoCoCo’s JDF- and JMF-based integration technology. Together, the platforms are designed to connect presses, prepress systems, and shop-floor software into a unified data environment that supports workflow automation, pro- duction visibility, and AI-driven decision-making.
