Seasonal Dance Program Instructional dance programs are offered on a seasonal basis. These program participants do not perform at the annual spring dance recital. In the Winter Program Guide, which is released in late November, we will have a few additional new programs that will be a part of the recital track. These new recital programs will include beginner level programs for dancers ages 3-10 years old. Please note that some of the current seasonal dance classes will become recital dance classes for the Winter 2027 season. Seasonal Dance Important Dates CLASS WEEKS: Monday, September 14- Saturday, December 5 & Friday, December 11 NO CLASS: Saturday, October 31 and Monday, November 23-Saturday, November 28 PARENT OBSERVATION: Due to the continued growth of our program we are not able to offer make-up classes. Make-up classes for cancelled classes by the instructor will be decided on a class by class basis. This program focuses on physical literacy. A variety of skills will be taught such as, pike position, skipping, marching, pre-cartwheel, plié and tendu. The program develops locomotive skills, balance, classroom behavior, movement concepts, cooperation and social skills through repetition, imaginary play, fun and games.
