In 202 4, wages paid to employees of tribal government gaming and its ancillary businesses amounted to $8,455,493,383. Furthermore, the spending of disposable incomes by casino and ancillary business employees spurred additional economic activity, resulting in the generation of 37,393 jobs, $2,353,106,063 in labor income, $4,169,786,823 in value added, and an overall economic output of $7,060,770,823. The table titled “Top 15 Output Industries” provides insights into the industries and their respective impacts stemming from the wage spending activities of casino employees within the economy. Notably, the largest impact was observed in real estate, rental and leasing, with $1,242,817,944 in induced output. Additionally, health care and social assistance experienced a significant impact, with $972,238,869, followed by finance and insurance at $800,654,387 in induced output. These findings underscore the profound influence of tribal government gaming on various sectors of the economy, contributing to job creation, income generation, value added, and overall economic output.
