LICENSING SCENARIO #1: SLOT COMPANY Fact of the application submission: Ø Approved by GLI and the State, Ø They are an established out of country slot manufacturing company, Ø Casino has already established a contract and project these 200 machine to generate 1-1.5 million in revenue in the next year, Ø Application has been submitted and all of the key officer information has been submitted, Ø Upon application review it was identified that the key officers information was provided, however, the spouses information was not provided to the Commission (this is Commission licensing requirement). The key officer of the company stated that he could not share this information with the licensing authority because their customs and culture did not allow for this information to be shared. Ø This licensing agent and vendor has come to an impasse and now the license has been brought in front of Gaming Commission for final determination.
