Ø The Commission has granted the CEO a temporary work license and will review the final report to make a more formal decision upon completion, Ø When the final report was completed it was found out that he did not disclose a domestic assault that was only 6 years old, Ø The Commission licensing agent immediately meets with the CEO who tells the agent that “it wasn’t a big deal, were still married and everything is fine”. Ø The agent schedules a meeting with the Gaming Commission as well as the CEO to discus this matter, Ø The agent is seeking to have this license denied,

LICENSING SCENARIO #3: MARKETING MANAGER Ø The new marketing manager was hired by the casino, Ø The manager filled out all of the necessary licensing paperwork, Ø A background investigation was performed by the commission, Ø The marketing manager failed to disclose that they were arrested for DUI in another jurisdiction, Ø While the background was being completed they were arrested for another DUI, this DUI had done personal property damage over $5,000. Ø The licensing agent is requesting that the license be denied, but according to Tribal law all licensees and potential licensees are given an opportunity to have a hearing in front of the Commission, Ø The manager has requested a hearing,
