What Happens If Due Process Is Not Followed?
Scope of Authority: Must be known by all licenses and TGRA officials.
Sovereignty Immunity may not be offered to Tribal Officials.
Licensee Action may be overturned.
The Tribe may be at Risk to have legal action taken.
Individual TGRA officials may have legal action taken against them personally.
