Dorset St. Hotel is located on the site of the famous North Dublin Tavern ‘The Big Tree’. This develop- ment will see the former pub being converted into a 163-bed hotel, ground floor mixed-use retail area and restoration of the pub. Errigal are currently installing partitions and ceilings with completion due early 2021.
Belfield Office park is an office development located in Dublin 4. The original development which was complete in 1999, is currently under a phased redevelopment and Errigal are installing the partitions and ceilings to the cores of the building with completion due late 2020.

This Dublin campus provides an 870,000 sq ft modern office development for the social media giant Facebook. Looking forward to our continued strong working relationship with John Sisk & Son Ltd in bringing life to this historic site in Dublin 4.
The project will consist of a 393 bed hotel for Travelodge, a 136 bed Aparthotel and a 66 bed Aparthotel for two separate clients. Errigal are currently completing the external facade, partitions &ceilings. Theproject is currentlyunder construction with a completion date of early 2021.
