HEALTH & SAFETY UPDATE
2020 has brought a host of new changes and learning opportunities to all of us at Errigal, but the one thing that has remained consistent is our commitment to ensuring that the Health, Safety and Wellbeing of our entire workforce is still the number one priority. Now, more than ever, we understand and endeavour to spread the message that the actions and decisions we make at work can have a huge impact on each of us as individuals as well as our families and friends. The message of ‘Safety First’ is one that we continually promote across the whole company.
CIF Construction Safety Week 2020
We are continuing to enhance our standards across the business to promote safe working practices on all our sites and to ensure that each person working at Errigal goes home safe and healthy every single day. On the 19th-23rd October, our site teams got involved with the CIF Construction Safety Week in Ireland. This was an brilliant event that involved engaging workshops and encouraged some excellent discussions on topics around mental health, welfare and wellbeing at work, working at height and occupational health in construction. These are important topics which we will continue to promote awareness of across all our sites.
