Canada Carbon a officiellement déposé une demande de révision judiciaire et de jugement décla- ratoire devant la Cour supérieure contre Grenville-sur-la-Rouge. Le vendredi 2 mars 2018, Grenville-sur- la-Rouge et l’ensemble de ses conseillers ont été avisés qu’une action en dommages- intérêts de 96 M$ sera signifiée et déposée devant la Cour supérieure. Canada Carbon demande également l’annulation de la résolution de non-conformité adoptée le 12 décembre 2017 par le conseil muni- cipal, pour déclarer que Canada Carbon a cristallisé son droit à une mine et à une carrière de marbre. Cete déposition fait suite au dépôt par Canada Carbon d’un appel devant le Tribunal administratif du Québec, pour examiner la décision de la CPTAQ de clore administrativement le dossier de la mine.
