Warrants Adeel Asif, 21, of Montreal, was arrested on March 10. It is alleged that on March 26, the man failed to attend court as directed in order to answer to a dangerous drive charge. He was transported to Cornwall and held for a bail hearing. A 30-year-old South Mountain man was arrested on March 10. His name was not released as it might identify the victim in the matter. It is alleged that during the month of February and March, the man continually contacted his ex-girlfriend who resides in Cornwall by way of phone calls despite having been warned by police not to. Kellen Sunday, 29, of Cornwall, was arrested on March 11. It is alleged that the man failed to attend court on February 25 and a warrant was issued for his arrest. He was held for a bail hearing. An 18-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on March 12. It is alleged that the man breached his youth probation conditions and a warrant was issued for his arrest. His name was not released as it stems from an incident when the man was a youth. Breach Andrew Ross, 24, of Cornwall, was arrested on March 11 for having breached his conditional sentence order. He was held for a bail hearing. Cory Jocko, 27, of Akwesasne, was arrested on March 12 and charged with breach of recognizance for failing to sign in at Cornwall police headquarters. He will be ap- pearing in court on April 17. A 25-year-old Cornwall woman was arrested on March 12 and charged with breach of undertaking for being in the company of someone she has conditions not to and for failing to keep the peace. Her name was not released as it might identify the victim in the original matter. Drug warrant Vincent Brunette, 25, and Sarah Sefcsik, 26, both of Cornwall, were arrested on March 11. Vincent Brunette was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana, possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine, possession of property obtained by crime and breach for not residing at a specified address and for being in possession of drugs. Sarah Sefcsik was charged with possession of cocaine, pos- session of marijuana, possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine and for hav- ing consumed drugs and failing to keep the peace. Theft under $5000, breach Sherry Atwell, 37, of Cornwall, was arrested on March 11 and charged with theft under $5000, breach of probation for attending a specific store and failing to keep the peace. She was held for a bail hearing. Assault, threats A 21-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on March 11 and charged with threats to property, threats to life and assault. His name was not released as it might identify the victim in the matter. Assault, threats, breach, unlawfully in a dwelling, resist arrest A 45-year-old man from Akwesasne was arrested on March 12 and charged with assault, threats, unlawfully in a dwelling, resisting arrest and five counts of breach of probation for having consumed alcohol and failing to keep the peace. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter. Assault A 19-year-old Cornwall woman was arrested on March 12 and charged with as- sault. Her name was not released as it might identify the victim in the matter.
