NOTICE OF A PUBLIC MEETING CONCERNING A HOUSEKEEPING AMENDMENT TO THE OFFICIAL PLAN OF THE CORPORATION OF THE UNITED COUNTIES OF PRESCOTT AND RUSSELL
AVIS EST DONNÉ que la Corporation des Comtés unis de Prescott et Russell tiendra une réunion publique le 23 e jour de novembre 2016 à 10h30 à l’édifice administratif des Comtés unis de Prescott et Russell situé au 59, rue Court, L'Orignal, Ontario, afin de considérer une demande de modification au Plan officiel des Comtés unis de Prescott et Russell conformément à l’article 17 de la Loi sur l’aménagement du territoire, L.R.O. 1990, dans sa forme modifiée. LE BUT ET EFFET Les Comtés unis initient la modification administrative n° 31. Le but de la modification administrative proposée est de modifier le plan officiel des Comtés unis afin d'améliorer et de clarifier les politiques existantes, ou d’apporter des améliorations mineures à la cartographie. Ceci est une modification en vertu des articles 17 et 21 de la Loi sur l’aménagement du territoire et non pas un examen quinquennal en vertu de l'article 26 la Loi sur l’aménagement du territoire . TAKE NOTICE that the Corporation of the United Counties of Prescott and Russell will hold a public meeting on the 23 rd day of November, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. , at the United Counties of Prescott and Russell Administrative Building located at 59 Court Street, L’Orignal, Ontario, to consider a proposed housekeeping amendment to the Official Plan of the United Counties of Prescott and Russell under Sections 17 and 21 of the Planning Act , R.S.O. 1990, as amended. PURPOSE AND EFFECT The United Counties initiate Housekeeping Amendment No. 31. The purpose of the proposed Housekeeping Amendment is to amend the County Official Plan to improve and clarify existing policies, or involve minor refinements to the mapping. This is an amendment under Sections 17 and 21 of the Planning Act and not a Five Year Review under Section 26 of the Planning Act.
