EXISTING CONDITIONS / SITE ANALYSIS The WELLSPAN tract is located to the northeast of the main campus. Direct access from a public right-of-way is via Eastern Avenue. The entire site is tree covered with semi-dense underbrush. The site topography varies in elevation from a high of 650 to a low of 635 based upon available survey information. Existing rock outcrops noted throughout. Interstate 81 boarders the eastern property line and poses noise impacts. A gas line also parallels the eastern and southern property lines.
