MULTI-PURPOSE SYNTHETIC TURF FIELD: SYNTHETIC TURF

Based upon the fields’ age and fiber condition, it is recommended to replace the turf field as soon as possible. G-max testing is within acceptable limits; however, average turf height is well below original specifications and field performance is likely compromised. Replacement of the turf system consists of removal of turf and infill, inspection of resilient base pad and stone base and repair / replacement as warranted.

SYNTHETIC TURF RELOCATION (SK - 2)

The relocation of the synthetic turf field due to building additions / parking needs potentially could utilize the area south of the stadium on the existing practice football field. The area is large enough to accommodate the field, however, the construction appears to encroach upon an existing gas line. Gas line right-of-way construction restrictions will need to be explored and identified.
