WELLSPAN TRACT (SK - 4)

The development of improvements on the WELLSPAN tract would provide additional play space and opportunities for District athletes. The site can accommodate one baseball field, one synthetic turf multi-purpose field, restroom / concession / storage building and associated driveways and parking lots. The site’s development constraints include vegetation cover, varying topography, rock outcroppings, perimeter underground gas transmission lines and noise issues with the general location alongside interstate 81.
