SOUTH TRACT (SK-5)

The development of improvements on the south agriculture tract would provide additional space and opportunities for District athletes. The site can accommodate two baseball fields, two softball fields, two synthetic turf fields, two natural turf fields, six tennis courts, two restroom / concession / storage buildings, a large fieldhouse / athletic building and associated driveways and parking lots. The sites development constraints include an existing right-of-way bisecting the site on the east side. The remainder of the site appears to be unencumbered by constraints and will allow for the systematic development of improvements.
