SIGHT UNSEEN PURCHASES If you are not able to view bulls before the sale and are not with us sale day, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on sight unseen purchases. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION AND SALE DAY ANNOUNCEMENTS Sale order will be available sale day. Any changes to the catalog information will be on a supplemental sheet or an- nounced sale day. Announcements made sale day will take precedence over any printed material. BULL PURCHASES: Newsam Angus will retain a 1/3rd interest on all the bulls in the sale, including semen. We retain the right to collect select bulls at buyers convenience, and our expense. We are selling 2/3rd interest and full possession.

You are always welcome to come view the bulls anytime prior. Call Levi Newsam for viewing before the sale. DELIVERY Bulls will be delivered free of charge to SD and surrounding states. Delivery will take place soon after the bull sale. HEALTH All bulls are under a complete health program and will be accompanied by health papers for shipment anywhere in the United States. All bulls will be fertility tested prior to the sale and guaranteed to be breeders. LIABILITY All buyers attending the sale, do so at their own risk. The owners, sale management, or sale day help, assume no liabil- ity for accidents or property loss that may occur.
