ALL CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED LIKE FAMILY AT TRADE ELECTRIC LIMERICK... Customer first

L aunched in 1971, Trade Electric Limerick has become the last word in customer service in the area, building a strong reputation for dependability and quality over the years. Supplying affordable products that come with the Trade Electric stamp of quality has ensured a loyal customer base, which continues to grow. “We supply only the highest quality products and ensure all our customers benefit from our product knowledge so the right products are selected for each element of their job,” said newly appointed Branch Manager, David Nolan at Trade Electric Limerick. David moved into the position following the promotion of Pat O’Callaghan to Operations Director after 47 years service to the business in Limerick. Membership of the IEBG allows all the branches to pass on savings to customers while an increased network of suppliers means more choice on the shelves. Customers include electrical contractors and professionals from the industry, retail and hospitality sectors. A crucial aspect of getting a contract job done on time is to ensure deliveries arrive

on site in a timely manner. “We know that failure to deliver on time can make or break a project so we usually deliver to site within the first day an order is received,” explained David. At Trade Electric Limerick, service is everything. “Price is obviously very important, but service is definitely up there with it. There’s no point pricing a job if you can’t deliver on it,” said David. While continuing to provide a first class service and an extensive range of products, Trade Electric remains an independent, 100% Irish-owned company. A family business, this is reflected in how each branch looks after all their customers, big or small. For Trade Electric, customers are friends and business partners rather than account numbers on a screen. It’s why they go out of their way to ensure you get the best electrical product for your needs, at the best price and with a “personal touch” service that only a family business can offer. Trade Electric Limerick’s large team of 18 staff members means customers are looked after promptly and efficiently. All members of staff have been trained to an extremely high level and are happy to

assist customers with any query they may have. Trade Electric Limerick also boasts a large retail lighting showroom, which caters for both the public and interior designers and also offers a comprehensive lighting design service.
