THRIVING BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AT TRADE ELECTRIC KILLARNEY... Perfect combination

I n December 2019, Trade Electric officially took over TradeKit Direct Killarney, which has been supplying high quality electrical and lighting products to the Co Kerry area for over 10 years. Fusing the expertise and knowledge of the existing highly experienced nine-strong staff with Trade Electric’s immense stock holding and nationwide network support has been a winning combination. Describing the changeover to Trade Electric as “seamless” Tony Moloney, Branch Manager for Killarney was delighted at how well staff and customers had embraced it.” Trade Electric Killarney is dedicated to providing its customers with the best experience possible, while ensuring its product range continues to include the newest and most innovative products. “There is fantastic commitment from my staff and a willingness to help the customer in every way possible,” said Tony. A huge range of supplies and equipment is available to electrical contractors, industry, hotels and the general public.

The product range includes major brand names such as Hager, MK, Click, Ansell, Tergal, Lumeno, Draka and Garo. The Garo range of car chargers has been a fairly recent addition to the stock list, which is proving very popular thanks to the demand created as more car owners switch to electric cars. Another strong performer currently is the ATC outdoor heating range thanks to the opening up of hospitality and the need to heat outdoor dining areas. A vibrant trade counter business is backed up by a delivery service that’s willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. “We deliver all over the Munster region,” said Tony, “the van is constantly on the road and the customers appreciate being able to rely on that prompt service.” Despite the extended lockdowns, business has been brisk at Trade Electric Killarney during the past 18 months. “Our new lighting showroom has been a tremendous success and has definitely added extra value for us,” added Tony. As the ‘newest branch on the block’, the team at Killarney are proud to join a

well-established native operation. “It’s great to be part of the Trade Electric Group,” said Tony. “It is such a high- profile family business in the electrical wholesale industry and 100% Irish- owned.” TRADE ELECTRIC KILLARNEY Ballycasheen Road, Killarney, Co Kerry T: +353 (0)64 6625340 E: killarney@trade-electric.ie www.trade-electric.ie
