STILLORGAN

THE LARGEST STOCKIST OF EV CHARGERS IN THE TRADE ELECTRIC GROUP... Charging ahead

O pened in 2016, Trade Electric Stillorgan is one of the youngest branches in the network but has very quickly made a name for itself in South County Dublin and the surrounding areas. Thanks to a large, well-priced product range and strong emphasis on customer service, the branch is proving extremely popular with electrical contractors and also with the general public who visit the trade counter for its extensive range of outdoor and interior lighting products. “The Stillorgan branch has grown tremendously since we first opened our doors,” said Stephen McGrane, Branch Manager. “The word is spreading amongst contractors thanks to the good experience they’ve received from us.” Based in the heart of Stillorgan village, the branch is ideally placed just off the M50 and within easy access of Dublin City Centre. “We’re very well placed to source and deliver stock on a daily basis. “Deliveries are a big part of our business; we run at least 10-15 a day from early morning and we work hard to fulfill every item on our customer’s list.” The majority of deliveries are into the

Dublin area but with customers often working on sites in Kildare, Wicklow and further afield, the Stillorgan branch can easily accommodate longer runs. “We have some customers based in Cork,” said Stephen, “which we can fulfill because we can rely on our branch network.” Electric drive “Out of all the Trade Electric branches, we are the largest stockist of EV chargers,” said Stephen. “A lot of our customers have started installing car chargers as a side business to their main operations. Some are installing two to three EV car chargers a day, so this is definitely a market to keep an eye on. “We predominately stock Garo chargers, but we are happy to source and supply the customer’s charger of choice.” Garden lighting is another strong performer for the Stillorgan branch, as homeowners continue to invest in their outside space. A one stop shop, customers working in the domestic, industrial or commercial sectors can be confident they’ll get what they need at Trade Electric Stillorgan.

“We are proud to be part of the 50- year Trade Electric Group heritage,” said Stephen, “and we are also proud of what we, as a younger branch, have contributed to the growth of this well- established company.” TRADE ELECTRIC STILLORGAN 1 Old Dublin Road, Stillorgan, Co Dublin T: +353 (0)1 5631830 E: stillorgan@trade-electric.ie www.trade-electric.ie
