ON PAR WITH OUR PEOPLE FROM THE EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK
We have established very well appointed and highly-functional surroundings for our members and their guests to enjoy and our employees to be productive. Employees should always keep in mind that they are not permitted to use any of Frenchman’s Creek facilities for anything other than business purposes, unless specifically authorized to do so in writing by the Executive Director , including but not limited to the Clubhouse member entrances, restrooms, fitness center, pools, changing rooms, and beach chairs, golf and tennis facilities, club stationery, the postage meter, or the telephones for international phone calls. Frenchman’s Creek has established a temporary employee dining room behind the Human Resources temporary office, which is available to all employees of Frenchman’s Creek to use during their meal periods and for breaks. A varied menu is served each day which usually includes the choice of a hot entrée, cold salads, fruits, vegetables, an assortment of bread, and desserts. Food and drink may only be consumed in the employee dining room and may not be brought back to your work area or taken off the premises. Employees may not eat in the cafeteria on their days off (including the day paychecks are distributed). The employee dining room is a privilege, and Frenchman’s Creek wants you to feel comfortable that this is your area to rest, relax, and enjoy. You should take pride in the dining room and as such should respect this privilege by helping to maintain its cleanliness and overall appearance.
