DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW The Procurement and Insurance Division of Finance has responsibility for the effective procurement of Goods and Services within the University. It has a key role to ensure the achievement of best value for money in the utilisation of the University’s circa £340 million annual non-pay budget, ensuring statutory obligations relating to tendering and contracting are fulfilled.
