UPCOMING EDUCATION SESSIONS Education for Associate Members:  How to Create Your Future in Property Management - January 31 - Bossone Research Center, Philadelphia Join us on Thursday, January 31st for a panel discussion of industry leaders both nationally and locally called, “How to Create Your Future in Property Management,” presented by Goodwin College and the Property Management Industry Advisory Board at Drexel University. Panelists will share their experiences in the industry, prospects for future growth, and opportunities in this ever-dynamic profession. CEL Associates, a leading real estate re- search firm, indicates that the average age of the typical real estate industry professional is between 40 and 50 years old, and that by 2020, 65% of real estate leaders will retire. With this in mind, the property management field will have an additional 15,000 to 25,000 jobs that will need to be filled in the next decade. This event is an opportunity to learn and ask questions about the field from the “best of the best.” The session will be held at the Bossone Research Center, Atrium (3140 Market Street, Philadelphia). The panel discussion will begin at 4pm, followed by a networking reception at 5:30pm. For more information call (215) 571-3939, email mm342@drexel.edu or click here for a flyer.
