Consider business-friendly Pennsauken Twp. to further your organization’s growth An open invitation to businesses from Pennsauken Township Mayor Rick Taylor

tos, and Restaurant Equippers Warehouse Store, which will be opening a 42,000 s/f site this spring, have all decided on Pennsauken as a prime business location. Over the last two years, Pennsauken businesses have invested well over $50 million into our community through redevelopment and construction projects. In fact, according to Camden County’s Department of Economic Development, over 70% of recent business develop- ment in Camden County is hap- pening right here in Pennsauken Twp. This business-friendly en- vironment was a major reason why our town was recognized with the Municipal and Busi- ness Partnership Award during last year’s Tri-County Economic Development Summit. We feel that Pennsauken is a true hub for any business. The proximity to major arter- ies such as Rte. 130, 70 and 73, the NJ Tpke. and I-95 and I-76 make our community a gateway to commerce. Major cities like Philadelphia, NYC, Wilmington, Baltimore and Washington D.C. are only a car ride away. In addition, with the new transit center, scheduled to open in Pennsauken this spring, workers can travel to Atlantic City, Philadelphia, Trenton, and points in between to easily get to the office or visit clients. Pennsauken’s Department of Economic Development is ready, willing and able to help you make our town your new business headquarters. An im- portant liaison between your company and Township gov- ernment, our team can help you make connections with local commercial real estate, employee training programs, and more. They also have a job bank of Pennsauken residents primed for new employment opportunities. Another key partnership is our local business association, the Business, Industry and Government Council, which works closely with Economic Development to not only foster business growth and create networking opportunities, but to also help make significant contributions back to our com- munity through the support of events like Pennsauken’s holiday parade, and our town’s “clean and green” initiatives. Again, I strongly encourage you to consider business-friend- ly Pennsauken Twp. to further your organization’s growth.
