North End to build out a new space to relocate Barnes & Noble and accommodate the new Corner Bakery. During construction, mall access at the North End near Big Fish will be restricted; patrons will have access to the restaurant through its private exterior doors. “We are grateful for both our patrons’ and mall employees’ patience during construction, and look forward to unveiling all of our improvements and new retail and dining options in the coming months and years,” said Richard Ken- wood , general manager of MarketFair. n

Corner Bakery Cafe will oc- cupy 4,258 s/f across from Big Fish Restaurant as part of the former Restoration Hardware space. It joins several newly signed restaurants at the mall including Bobby Flay’s Burger Palace, which opened in August, Qdoba Mexican Grill which will open in Janu- ary 2013, Season’s 52 (opening mid 2014) and Bahama Breeze, opening early 2015. Retail additions have also been announced including a recently opened Banana Re- public, a new West Elm open- ing in early 2013, a relocated Santana of Segall Group reps Tenant in Mr. Tire lease BALTIMORE, MD — Se- gall Group retail brokerage firm is proud to announce, Mr. Tire has inked a deal to open a super Auto Ser- vice Center at the former Express Care pad at 4952 Mercantile Road in White Marsh, MD.
